Common sign-in issues

  • Popup blocked — Your browser may have blocked the sign-in window. Look for a blocked popup notice in the address bar and click "Allow".
  • "Access denied" message — Your email address has not been added as an admin for this account. Contact your administrator to request access.
  • Wrong account — Make sure you're signing in with the same Google or Microsoft account that was registered as an admin. Try signing out of other accounts first.
  • Sign-in window closes immediately — This can happen if cookies or third-party storage is blocked. Check your browser privacy settings and try again.
  • Nothing happens after clicking — Try refreshing the page and signing in again. If it keeps failing, try a different browser.
